Complete flooring packages for apartment towers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, from the lobby to the rooftop, programmed with the builder level by level.
We price every flooring area in the building as a single package, so the builder deals with one flooring subcontractor from the first slab test to the final walk-through.
Apartment buildings run on sequence. We plan labour and materials level by level to the builder’s program, so each floor is tested, prepped, installed and handed over in order and the next trade gets in on time.
Purchaser selections and upgrades are managed unit by unit, so every apartment gets the finish its buyer chose.
The builder always knows which level is ready, which is in progress and which is next.
Drawings, finishes schedule and program reviewed, with scope gaps raised before award.
Labour and materials planned to the builder’s sequence, floor by floor.
Slab moisture and levels checked on each floor, with any moisture identified up front.
Apartments, corridors and wet areas installed in order, then amenities and the rooftop.
Unit-by-unit walk-throughs, warranties and maintenance documents.

Yes. We test slab moisture and levels before work starts and give the results to the builder in writing. If readings are above the manufacturer’s limits, we price moisture mitigation as a separate item. See moisture testing and floor preparation.
Apartments, corridors, lobbies, lift lobbies, gyms and rooftop amenities, with the right product for each: carpet and timber or hybrid in apartments, sheet vinyl in wet areas, and rubber in gyms.
Send the drawings, finishes schedule and program to our estimating team. We’ll come back with an itemised price and any clarifications.
