On a typical apartment tower or office fitout, carpet covers more floor than any other finish. It sets the feel of corridors, bedrooms and workspaces, and it takes the most traffic, so the layout, the seams and the transitions all matter.
We install whatever quality carpet is specified, from modular carpet tiles and planks in offices to wool and solution-dyed nylon broadloom in apartments, and custom-design carpets made for a building’s lobbies and corridors.
Carpet tile layouts are set out so patterns line up across rooms and doorways, and broadloom is seamed and stretched so joins stay invisible and the carpet stays tight.

Carpet tiles suit offices, education and common areas: they’re quick to install, easy to replace one tile at a time and suit raised or staged layouts. Broadloom is softer and seamless underfoot, which is why it’s used in apartments, bedrooms and retirement living. Most projects use both.
