Retirement projects are usually new stages built next to residents who are already living on site. The flooring program has to work around them: clear access, quiet hours, tidy work areas and safe walkways every day.

We plan staging with the builder and the village operator before work starts, then deliver the apartments and shared facilities in the same level-by-level sequence we use on apartment towers.
