Infinite Care aged care

The project.

Infinite Care is a national residential aged care provider built around what it calls One Community, where older Australians live with dignity, comfort and a real sense of belonging. Its South East Queensland homes are at Ashmore, Cleveland, Cornubia, Ipswich and Toowoomba (Mount Lofty), with another home at Tweed Heads in northern New South Wales.

Since 2023 Briz Floors has worked directly for Infinite Care across all six homes, from refurbishing whole facilities to replacing a single resident’s room.

The brief.

Renew the floors in homes that never close. Residents live, eat and sleep on site throughout, so every area has to be staged around care routines, kept clean and safe, and handed back quickly, whether it is a whole wing or one room.

What we installed.

• Whole-facility refurbishmentsStaged refurbishments at Ashmore, Cleveland and Tweed Heads covering resident rooms, corridors, lounges, dining rooms and common areas, delivered area by area with residents in place.
• Dementia support areasNew flooring to the dementia support commons and lounges at Ashmore.
• Resident roomsSheet vinyl and carpet rooms replaced one room at a time between residents, booked with each home’s facility manager.
• Dining, offices and shared spacesPrivate dining rooms, meals areas, reception, offices, a conference room, cinema and library.
• Ongoing careVinyl seam and kitchen repairs as each home needs them, so small issues are fixed before they become hazards.
