School work runs to a hard deadline: the building has to be finished, cleaned and furnished before students come back. We program the flooring into the holiday breaks, move furniture room by room, and close out defects before term starts.
We work directly for schools on refurbishments and for builders on new buildings, from state schools and independent colleges to university labs and early learning centres. Several schools come back to us year after year for their holiday works.

A full floor refresh of John Paul College’s Gorman Centre over the 2024–25 summer holidays: around 2,300 m² of carpet tiles, anti-static sheet vinyl, stair nosings and aluminium skirting, stripped, prepared and laid before students returned.

A multi-level fitout of TAFE Queensland’s newest campus, recognised as Australia’s first sustainable vocational education and training campus. Commercial training kitchens, hair and beauty studios, lecture rooms, a gym, classrooms, and a conference and bar level for events.

Yes. We program strip-out, floor preparation and installation into the break, and close out defects before students return. Larger buildings can run from the end of term up to the week before the new term.
