The Sunshine Coast is growing fast, and Maroochydore’s new City Centre is changing the kind of work coming up there: premium office tenancies, larger retail and more apartments. We’ve been working on the coast for years, and we bring the same crews, project management and preparation standards we use on Brisbane’s largest projects.
At 50 First Avenue, the first commercial tower in the Maroochydore City Centre, we’ve worked on office fitouts on two levels, including the Walker tenancy on level 7. Along the coast, our work includes supermarket flooring for Coles at Caloundra and Noosa, the Mooloolaba Fish Market, and retail and hospitality fitouts from Noosa to Warana.
Our crews travel to site for the duration of the job, with materials staged through our own warehouse, so distance never holds up the program.
