We’re based at Underwood, on the M1 corridor, so Gold Coast sites from Coomera to Coolangatta are within easy reach for our project managers, site coordinators and installation crews. Materials are staged through our own warehouse, so deliveries arrive when the floor is ready for them.
On the Gold Coast we’ve delivered apartment towers at Varsity Lakes, a full campus fitout at TAFE Queensland Robina, and work at the Gold Coast Convention Centre in Broadbeach, and just over the border, a new aged care home in Ballina.
Coastal humidity and slab moisture are a real risk on Gold Coast sites, which is why every hard and resilient floor starts with moisture testing and floor preparation.
