Moisture identified up front.
Slab moisture is the biggest risk to a resilient floor, so we test before we commit to a program. Readings are taken during the site assessment and shared with the builder, and any moisture mitigation is priced and agreed before installation starts, not discovered halfway through.
One project manager, start to finish.
Once the contract is signed, a dedicated project manager from our delivery team takes over. They are your single contact for program, deliveries, variations and handover, and their only focus is delivering your project.
A proper handover.
Every job finishes with a final walk-through with the builder, followed by warranties and maintenance documents for the client. On apartment buildings this happens unit by unit as levels are completed.
