The project.

Fontana is a Cavalé residential building on Wyandra Street, on the Newstead Peninsula, being built by Torre Developments on the redeveloped Italian Club site. It offers a tightly curated collection of two, three and four-bedroom residences, crowned by a dual-level rooftop.

The brief.

Hybrid flooring and carpet through the residences and carpet tiles to the common areas.
