The Witton

The project.

The Witton is a pair of boutique residential buildings by Mosaic Property Group on Finney Road, Indooroopilly, bordered by the river, the city and the hinterland. Designed by Rothelowman and built by Mosaic Construction, it was completed in August 2024 and has since been recognised across the Master Builders, Urban Developer, UDIA and HIA awards.

Residents share a rooftop pool and terrace with city and hinterland views, a sun deck, a gymnasium and outdoor barbecue and dining areas.

The brief.

Carpet, acoustic hybrid and engineered oak through two buildings of two and three-bedroom residences, carpet tile to the lobbies and corridors, logo entry mats at each entrance and a rubber gym floor.

What we installed.

• ApartmentsGodfrey Hirst Bayside Twist carpet on Dunlop Government Red underlay; Godfrey Hirst Apollo Select Oak hybrid; Godfrey Hirst Corsica Oak engineered timber, direct-stuck over a Damtec acoustic underlay.
• Lobbies and corridorsGodfrey Hirst Fractal carpet tile, ramped for seamless thresholds, with Sterling logo entry mats and Duraclean entry matting.
• GymRegupol everroll Classic rubber with Regupol FX75 impact tiles.
• Floor preparationDiamond grinding to the 2023 silica regulations and Ardex smoothing and levelling compounds, with Polyweave protection on completion.
