The Prescott

The project.

The Prescott is Mosaic Property Group’s residential building on Lissner Street, Toowong, designed by DKO and built by Mosaic Construction. Its two and three-bedroom residences and sky homes were completed in April 2025.

Residents share a rooftop with a resort-style pool, barbecue and dining areas, relaxation spaces and a gymnasium.

The brief.

Carpet through the residences, with premium wool carpet in the upper-tier apartments, hybrid flooring, engineered oak floated over an acoustic underlay, custom-design carpet tiles to the common areas, entry matting and a rubber gym floor.

What we installed.

• GymRegupol everroll Classic rubber.
• EntriesBirrus recessed coir and Ultramat entry matting.
• Floor preparationDiamond grinding to the 2023 silica regulations and Ardex levelling, with Polyweave protection on completion.
