A concrete grind and seal coat is a precision process of progressively grinding down your concrete slab to the finish you require and then sealing with a high-performance sealer.
The result is a polished concrete look alike finish at a fraction of the cost.
What type of coatings do we use?
You can upgrade your sealer to a chemical-resistant polyurethane coating. This allows your floor to be easily cleaned of stains that could typically cause permanent damage to other flooring finishes.
